Safety & Suitability
Is this safe? Sessions are designed for wellness and comfort, not medical treatment. Everything is paced conservatively and adjusted to the individual. Before your first session, we complete a short medical questionnaire to ensure suitability. If anything needs clarification, we’ll discuss this with you before proceeding.
Who is it suitable for? Sessions are suitable for a wide range of adults, regardless of fitness level or experience. You don’t need to be an athlete, and you don’t need to feel “unwell” to benefit. Sessions are adapted to your comfort, confidence, and goals.
Are there people who shouldn’t use it? Some medical conditions may require additional consideration or clearance. If you’re unsure, we recommend booking a free consultation so we can talk things through safely before booking a session.

The Chamber & Oxygen
Will I be wearing an oxygen mask? Yes. During the session, oxygen is delivered via a comfortable face mask. You’ll breathe normally throughout, and the mask is adjusted for comfort. You can remove it briefly if needed, and support is always available.
Will it feel claustrophobic? Most people find the chamber calm and spacious, with clear panels and soft lighting. You can communicate at any time, and sessions are stopped or adjusted immediately if you feel uncomfortable.
Will I feel pressure in my ears? You may notice gentle pressure changes, similar to flying. Compression and decompression are slow and controlled, and we’ll guide you through equalising comfortably. If needed, we pause or adjust the pace.
Sessions & Preparation
How long is a session? Session length varies depending on your goals and experience. This includes time to settle in, gradual pressurisation, and a slow return to normal pressure at the end.
Do I need any experience or preparation? No experience is needed. Just wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early. You’ll change into clean 100% cotton scrubs provided on site.
Can I bring someone with me? Yes. If you require assistance — for example due to mobility, anxiety, or age — you’re welcome to bring someone with you. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate this comfortably.
During & After The Session
What can I do during the session? You may rest, relax, or read a paper book. Most people find the experience quiet and calming.
How will I feel afterwards? People commonly report feeling: - Relaxed - Clear-headed - Refreshed or lightly energised Everyone responds slightly differently.
