This policy explains when refunds may be issued and outlines our cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Sessions & Appointments
Completed Sessions
Once a session has taken place, refunds are not provided.
This includes sessions that are ended early at the client’s request or where the full session cannot be completed for personal reasons.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled or refunded

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full

Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged in full
This policy allows us to manage appointment availability fairly for all clients.
Consultations
Free Consultation
Free consultations are offered without charge.
If you are unable to attend a free consultation, we ask that you cancel or reschedule in advance where possible.
Custom (Paid) Consultation
Paid consultations:

Are refundable if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed
No treatment takes place during consultations.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions (if applicable)
If session packages or prepaid bundles are offered:

Unused packages may be refundable at our discretion

Partially used packages are non-refundable

Any approved refund may be adjusted to reflect staff time.

Specific package terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Refunds or rescheduling outside of this policy may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances,

Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds may take several working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
