What to Expect
On Arrival
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted at the door and/or shown to our waiting room prior to your appointment.
Once you’ve met your practitioner, we’ll take a few minutes to talk through the session with you. This includes explaining the chamber, completing a short medical questionnaire, answering any questions, and making sure you’re comfortable before anything begins.
No prior experience is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing, as you’ll be asked to change into clean 100% cotton scrubs, which we provide on-site. This is simply to ensure comfort and suitability for the chamber environment.
During the Session
You’ll relax in a calm, gently pressurised environment. Most people describe the experience as peaceful and quiet.
During the session, oxygen is delivered via a comfortable face mask, allowing you to breathe normally throughout.
You may read a paper book, rest, or simply relax with the soft lighting while the session runs. Pressure, duration, and pacing are adjusted to suit your comfort and experience level.
After the Session
At the end of the session, pressure is reduced slowly and comfortably.
You’ll have time to sit, rehydrate, and ask any follow-up questions.
