These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, consultations, and bookings provided by Dorset Oxygen Therapy.

By booking a session, consultation, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

Dorset Oxygen Therapy provides hyperbaric oxygen sessions for wellness and vitality only.

Services offered are not medical treatment, do not replace medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Clients should continue to seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals for any medical concerns.

3. Eligibility & Suitability

All clients must complete a short health questionnaire before their first session.

This is used solely to assess suitability and ensure sessions are delivered appropriately and comfortably.

Dorset Oxygen Therapy reserves the right to decline or postpone a session if, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable at that time.

4. Consultations

Free Consultation

A free consultation is an informal discussion only
No treatment takes place
There is no obligation to book a session afterwards

Custom Consultation

A paid consultation provides more detailed discussion and planning
No treatment takes place during this appointment

5. Bookings & Appointments

All sessions and consultations must be booked in advance.

Appointment times include preparation, gradual pressurisation, and decompression where applicable.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session or cancellation.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
Missed appointments may be charged in full

This policy helps us manage time fairly for all clients.

7. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are displayed clearly at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

8. During Sessions

Clients must follow guidance provided by staff before, during, and after sessions.

You will be asked to change into 100% cotton scrubs, which are provided on-site.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in the session being paused or ended.

9. Personal Responsibility

By attending a session, you confirm that:

You have provided accurate information
You understand the wellness-only nature of the service
You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion

Dorset Oxygen Therapy is not responsible for outcomes beyond the scope of the service provided.

10. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

Secure storage is provided, but Dorset Oxygen Therapy cannot accept liability for loss or damage unless caused by negligence.

11. Accessibility & Companions

Clients requiring assistance are welcome to bring a companion to support them before or after the session.

For safety reasons, companions do not enter the chamber during sessions.

Please inform us in advance if you require additional support.

12. Photography & Media

Photography or recording is not permitted during sessions without prior consent.

Any images or testimonials used on the website are shared with permission.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorset Oxygen Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

Dorset Oxygen Therapy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
